Changes to the site are then carried out through the Drafts Manager; when website changes are ready to be posted live through the Drafts Manger an email containing a unique URL will be sent to the approval-level user allowing the user to see the proposed changes, and either approve or deny them. Behind the scene the FREEDOM8 Site Record logs what changes were made, who made them, and who approved or denied the changes.
